Not George, not mama pig, this have to be daddy pig.
But i think it will turn out decent eventually, very close to the concept.

I agree. I really really wanted to be wrong. I really wanted to like the new X7. But that front grille is gonna take some serious getting used to for me. Its just too damn big.

Msport front bumper looks much more promising than the other... (assuming thats what we are seeing)

The big wheel option looks sharp

Headlight design is great too

At the end of the day its tough to make something this size look great. If I'm being realistic with myself I'll probably end up owning one of these because I need a 3 row SUV and not sure what else is truly competitive. We'll see once I can test interior space. I love the full size Range Rover for example but if you put a 3rd row in it the back is worthless. Benz GLS is looking dated to me too so the X7 could end up very well positioned

I agree with you 100%

The grille is seriously killing it for me though. I'm hoping maybe in black with a completely blacked out grille it wont be too bad!

It's going to take a significant amount of BMW M performance parts to salvage that front end. The grill is just 1/3 too tall.

That front end is NOT production...otherwise there is hope.

I'm with you... even a 10-15% size reduction on the grille would be very helpful to the looks. Lets hope once we see the whole package its better. I will say that in person at the LA Auto show the concept's grille was much less offensive than it looks in pics.

Get used to that theme. The taller grill is here to stay. And most of the big premium SUVs are doing something similar.

Alpine White confirmed.
HUD confirmed.
G11 type silver bar on the rear confirmed.

George Foreman Grill Confirmed.

Joking aside I'll reserve judgement for the reveal.

Will a 3L diesel (260hp) and M Sport with 22" wheels work for you?

(Not in North America though.)

Agree, that grill is awful looking.

It's a seven seater, correct? They will sell everyone of them. BMW Buck tooth grill and all, vs the Lexus Predator grill of the 7 seater Lexus.

This is still true.

Also would buy over the hideous Q7 and new Infiniti thing.

I'd still strongly cross shop the LX570 against it though.
