I’m surprised to say that I like it! Thought I’d find it awful based on the concept, but the toned down chrome in the bumper has a huge impact. Small change but big improvement. That said, I prefer the more aggressive face of the X5.

You can always argue about design... Performancewise beyond all doubt: Seen performing on the autobahn in Southhern Germany in real life two weeks ago.

Wait... that's it? When I saw "teaser" I thought it would at least be a 30 second video, not just two nose pics.

Saw this thing at a special preview event the other day and it. Is. HUGE! Interior was absolutely gorgeous, some sort of rich Saddle Brown with high quality leather. Still not a fan of the front end, the grilles look terribly out of place. Perhaps on a dark coloured X7 with black grilles, it could be stomached.

I too saw it in a preview a month ago. I disagree however that I think the front end looks perfect and well proportioned. The car definitely looks better in person, and the grills aren't as pronounced as they appear to be in pictures.

Funny you mention it, because when I've seen the X7 grill, Lincoln Navigator is the first thing I think of. I think they've made it less tall than in design, though.
