Lease residuals and money factor on X7 M50i?

In a thread yesterday, I detailed an issue I had with my local dealer (which has me potentially walking away from my order) and I am now considering taking the 2020 X7 M50i as a lease vs my previous plan to purchase.

For those leasing or having recently leased, would you mind sharing the details of your lease? I was only being offered $2500 off MSRP plus $3000 APR Credit (if I bought) and $1250 loyalty credit. Based on other getting 8+% off, my deal feels lousy.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I found edmunds forums to be the best place to find monthly residual and money factors. Can’t speak about personal experience with what people are getting now

Yeah, that's not great... Here's a thread dedicated to deals that people are getting, 34 pages worth of deals to scroll through. Current residuals and rebates/incentives are on the first page. Looks like current base MF is 0.00142.

I just sent you a PM with the contact info of a dealer that I have shared with many others here and have ordered three of my last cars from. He will give you a good deal and current lease terms. I think the residual is 57% for 10K miles and the MF is 0.00142 without MSDs. There is also $2,25K+ of lease incentives inclusive of loyalty

I will just post it here and hope I don't get in trouble with the moderators. As I mentioned to many others here (and I think at least some of you have also ordered from him), I am a huge fan of David Aviles who is one of the top M car sales guys in the US. I got my last three cars from him and have always had a great experience. He is now in Baltimore but ships or delivers cars country wide. Give him a call at 202-262-2900. I am picking up my X7 M50 from him on Friday and driving it back to NY.

I hate being late to the party but I am also interested in the dealer. Thanks in advance.

Ditto on the recommendation. David is great to work with - top notch experience. I've got an M50 coming that he ordered for me.
