Tricky Vibration Problem at High Speed

The car has minor vibration from steering wheel & seat around 80 miles/hr, sent to rim shop and got wheels straightened, got 3 of 4 new tires, 4-wheel alignments and road force balanced at tire shop, still vibrates, should I give up or what else can I try? Any suggestion is much appreciated!!

it should be on a printout if they actually did a roadforce.
a wheel assembly can balance out fine, but have a high roadforce that you will feel.
i had a set of goodyear f1 gsd3s that balanced out fine on a high speed spin balance but had terrible road force numbers, and i could feel it. 40lbs of road force on the worse one, no lower than 30 on the others.
after the road force balance got two below 20, and 2 close to 20. those went on the rear.

if they did the roadforce, they will have the numbers. some shops claim to do the road force, do a spin balance and pocket the extra. most people never know. its not a fun job, to do it right means measuring, dismounting, remounting, checking. if its really off, it can take quite a bit of time to hit the sweet spot.

It's a reputed shop, first they told me the tires are way off balance so they balanced out without using road force, I test drove still felt the vibration so I sent it back, they did a road force this time and added 1 and 1 and a half weight to 2 of the wheels and road force balanced, I think it's getting better but it's not to the level that doesn't bother me yet

are your wheels staggered?

if not you can move the fronts to the rear and see if it changes.
were the tire replacements due to pothole impact? has the suspension and driveshafts been checked?

what year is your X7? i vaguely remember that early in the run of the g05, the front control arm dampers had been left off of some cars and that led to vibrations at speed.

The tires got replaced because the outside surface is almost bald because of wheel misalignment

I haven't checked suspension and driveshafts yet because I'm still trying to make sure it's not the tires and rims

I don't feel vibration when the car is speeding up, it only start around 70+ miles, low speed is also very smooth

Any luck on this? I’m having the same issue on a used X7 I bought. My first thought was the wheels being unbalanced. Your troubleshooting may help me.
