Need part help please

Attached is a picture of a 2021 X7 760M with an upper carbon Fiber spoiler. I have a 2023 X7 LCI and I am trying to find out if this CF spoiler with fit my 2023. They look the same to me...but the company does not know if this rear spoiler will fit on the 2023 LCI models. Would I need to go to my dealership and compare rear door part numbers? What would you suggest? Attached Images
