Panel on Rear Bumper

Can someone tell me what this thing on the rear passenger side bumper is?

I’m guessing a tow hook cover or prewiring for a trailer.

Tow hook cover, there is also one in the front. Push down/in on the arrow and it will pop out. The tow head is in the trunk (screw in type).
