Are rates starting to come down now? Should I wait for the 2020's? I'm not in a hurry but would love to get in an x7 as soon as possible but want to know when the best time to shop is. I'm a current 2017 Mercedes GLS450 owner which is fully paid for so I could make the jump at anytime. Thanks for your help.
