Remote software update

Today my X7 made a remote software update.It went perfect.But when I check the software version is still 11/2019.As my car was produced in February 2020 seems strange that now is updated to version 11/2019.Anyone had the same update ?Or something is not right ?

Not sure if this helps because I have a 2019 with 7/2019.53. It says there is no update for me. Are you sure it actually updated?

OP is located overseas where remote software updates have been rolled out and available.

Unfortunately, remote software updates for the US market has no estimated date of availability. We still have to rely on our dealers for software updates.

In other news, I was able to add BMW Drive Recorder post purchase on my G05 via BMW ConnectedDrive USA portal, woo progress!

How did you manage to do this? It doesn't appear to be available for app download on my G07.

What year is your X7, '19 or '20? IIRC, the Drive Recorder was only available for download beginning with MY20. Also, you need to have the Parking Assistance Package as well.

The drive recorder is available for download now. The first month is free.
