Lease Programs are rebates now available

Just wanted to let everyone know that the programs are now available for X7. Out of respect for other stores, I do not post specifics so contact your CA or look here for inspiration https://g05.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1541151

Dealer said all so far have been at MSRP. Yikes. 1163 with over 6k at signing with 8 percent tax on. 36/15k.
Base car only with the required gesture control. 76.5k.
Great car but I'll have to pass.
The only car I'll happily pay MSRP for is a Porsche GT variant.
Just can't here.

There are deals to be found, might not be major discounts but definitely not msrp. Just have to find the right dealer.

Just have to wait for better deals as this car is so new and hot. Same was true for the M5 last year and now there are much better deals (at least on non comp M5s).

I got $1340 for a 95k build with 10/36 and $9800 in MSD. Msrp-$800.

Today, I found someone who said they can do Invoice plus $500-$600. Waiting for his payment.

These lease payments you guys are quoting are insane. They are almost as much as my lease payment for my $200K supercar. For a mommy-mobile... no thanks.

That seems a bit of an overstatement, but these things are the same payment as my much more expensive Tesla, which just seems off. I would buy it at these monthlies (as opposed to lease).

Not an over-statement. But the premise remains. X7 is a crappy lease deal.

It makes no sense to lease at these levels. Ask them for residuals and money factor.

What are people seeing

So my dealer is saying residual of 54% with a MF of.0228 and $9k out of pocket. Only the $1500 owner loyalty off sticker of $89 and change. Monthly $1275. That’s a higher payment than my $20k more expensive 750. No thanks

I think they hope I cancel so they can keep it and they’ll probably get their wish. If only dealers realize this type of BS will stop me from EVER buying a car there.

The MF and no or imited discount makes it horrible to lease.
No thanks

The lease offer which is advertised on the BMW website includes a dealer contribution of 1065 so for dealers that are not even willing to discount that much at the very least it seems completely ridiculous

I have no issue discounting an X7. The more we sell the more we get.
