Very cool, thank you. Didn’t realize that was a BMW option. No, I don’t have those brakes. May have to contact my dealer and inquire about installing them....

The brakes are a stand alone option for $650. M Sport brakes 2NH. Is your car still waiting to be built? If so, you can still add it.

Black Grill Add

Popped in the black grill today. That was incredibly easy. Looks great I think on carbon black metallic.

Yo man looks great. Carbon black contemplating black grille, myself . If you take any more pics please pass along. Especially if you get one with sun shining on the whole vehicle. Imagine the black trim and black grille combo must be killer with carbon black

Thanks! I'm torn, because honestly I think I like the black grill contrast on your white one a bit more, but I'm still deciding...

Ceramic pro Silver coating is done. Finally a decent day. Its been raining here ever since I picked it up. This stuff is pretty cool. Pics don't do it justice, it's silky smooth to the touch and much deeper looking gloss. It repels water insanely. The interior just looks so much better too. Hard to imagine a brand new vehicle looking better than the day you picked it up at dealer but this treatment def does that.

Reflector delete - local body shop wants 700 to put them in. I wanted to try myself first, got 2 out of 4 wheel arch clips disconnected but can't get the other to pop. Feel like I'm going to break something. Anyone have any tips to get those clips loose?

I have mine here and am considering giving this a try myself, but a bit nervous...

I assume you saw the video that was posted with directions on how to make this swap? Forget where I saw it. Also it mentioned needing a rivet gun or some sort of tool I don’t have, which has me still waiting to try...

I saw the instructions on the G05 forum from IND, and was following the first few steps but stuck on the 2- snap clips. I'm a licensed Plumbing Contractor and I own my own business. My job is to figure things out and find solutions. A car mechanic, I am not. These stupid little clips have me perplexed. If I could just get them loose I'm sure I can replace these things myself. 🧐😤

That's nuts, I can't recall mine in my M5, but nothing of the sort.
I'm not doing it to the X, family car / safety first!

For those of us who sadly missed out on the M sport brakes, is there a way to put new caliper covers on, or some other inexpensive way to get some colored blue/red/yellow brakes, for aesthetic purposes?

I found this do-it-yourself, but I don't have a lift, and this is way above my pay grade...
