Wondering if anyone received a settlement voucher related to the N63 engine (MY 2009-2014) and have used it or tried to use it. I'm just wondering if it would be worth using for the X7 (will be ordering a 3er this Summer). When to use it: after a sales price has been reached or in the finance office, etc.

As of now I haven't mentioned it to my CA or anyone else at the dealership.

I also wonder whose pocket the settlement comes out of, BMWNA or the dealer. A few years ago, my wife got an X5 with the premium seating package. BMW's web site said it had the massaging feature, but it arrived without. Customer Relations said they would refund the cost of the package, yet the check came from the dealer.

The X7 is due to hit the VPC on 3/27, then a few days later down to San Diego.
