Congras, Cntlaw. Now that the long wait is over, what's your first impression?

RDSport Nice catch by the way, i didn't really notice the thumb rest till you brought this out.

I checked another E90 parked near my home, the steering wheel also has 'thumb rest' ; actually I am not fully sure what RD and you mean by 'thumb rest' , I thought it is just a little more curve on there ..

I actually wrote my impression after first ride of 10km, but that was not too accurate
impression

Overall, I feel E90 has too much eletronics technology which assists/controls the driver and I am puzzled why bimmer think Benz is not more sporty, as I found my Benz is more 'raw' overall than the E90. Yes, E90 is a great innovation not a doubt, I never had a car feel that advance.

t, as I understand cars that built before Sept. 05 do not have thumb rest on the sport steering wheel  (in this case 330i in Hong Kong) You will understand what I meant when you compare my car with yours during our meet.

very nice looking car. I have just placed an order today and chose black sapphire. I don't recall seeing any options as "jet black". Can you tell me what's the difference?
