Anyone getting a little concerned about the weather holding up for this weekend? Its been raining for days and forecast to continue throughout the weekend. Would they cancel the event if it doesnt stop? Dont think it will be too much fun in pouring rain...

I will be pretty bummed out if it rains. I found the below on their FAQs.

Q: What happens if there is severe weather on the day my drive?

A: This event will be held in rain or shine. For reasons of safety, in the event of lightning or very heavy rain that might impede the safety of the program, the event will be delayed or, potentially, cancelled.

Nah. Went last year when it was free. Not worth 250 bucks to me.

I see some blue skies today for the first time in days. I'm doing the morning session on Saturday, it'll probably be rainy, but I'm hopeful. Sunday looks like it might be a better day.

FWIW, I called them and the lady I spoke with said they'd only cancel if the weather was extreme. I LOLd.

Got lucky today. Rained all the way there, but was dry by the time the driver meeting was over.
