The LSD impact????
I just discovered that there was a loose/an excessive play between the driveline and the transmission. Could it be the impact of LSD installed?
Could folks with LSDs give me some feedbacks? Thank You |

If the installer screwed up then yes.

My original car warranty will expire in three weeks. I thought it would be wise to check everything.
I went to an independent BMW specialist to do a full inspection (this shop was different than the one who installed the LSD). They discovered the excessive play/loose on the joint between the driveline and the transmission. However the drivelline that goes to the differential is fine. I also never hear "the LSD noise" as some folks described here. Quote:
