OK so weird problem. Starting today, when I pull all the way up on the driver's window switch the window rolls about 3/4 of the way up then drops back down to 1/4 up. Nothing I can do will coax it into closing all the way EXCEPT if I nudge it up gently by not pulling all the way up, a little at a time. If I keep trying pulling the switch all the way up eventually the window switch just stops responding entirely.

I found some old threads from about 15 years ago but hard to imagine those are the same issue. I made a service appointment but because the dealers don't have a huge supply of loaners anymore it's 2 weeks out, so curious if anyone else has seen anything like this.

Strange! Might be able to "reset" your window. See if this method helps.

I wonder (like the other day this member was saying about penny stuck) if something fell that actuator senses and won’t roll all the way up.

In this case no - brand new car, been driven about 10-15 times total. Unless it happened prior to delivery.
