OEM Cross Bars and Sunroof

Hello all. New X7 owner here (2022 X7 M50i). I was planning to get the OEM BMW Cross Bars, and was wondering if the panoramic sunroof functions and opens fully/normally with the cross bars installed. I am coming from a MB SUV where the OEM cross bars actually restrict opening (they allow a partial tilt, but not the full opening/sliding, which was frustrating).

Thanks in advance!

Yes, the sunroof opens normally with OEM cross bars installed. There's more than enough clearance for that. Take a look at my X7's picture with the roof box installed in my profile.

Perfect, thank you. I thought about the Thule bars for lower profile but will be happy with the OEM for this reason with no risk of interference.
