Passenger side bumper uncovered oil cooling

Hello I just bought a X7 a month a ago and I just realized the front bumper is missing a flap/cover. I was wondering the front bumper on the passenger side is supposed to be covered? The diver side is covered and it looks uneven. Just want to make sure my car is not missing some parts

Normal. The duct is open to allow air to get to the radiator. Theres no radiator on the other side on the lci
