2021 X7 M50i with 55000 miles.

Replaced some suspension bushings and transfer case at 49500 miles. Car was/is running great except one issue.

Noticed when I push the gas lightly to start driving there is a thump sound/feeling in the rear of the car. Sounds/feels like it’s coming from the rear axle area. Nothing is moving around in trunk. If I press the gas harder to start moving I do not hear/feel it

Any ideas? This is my daily and we take long road trips all year. Just don’t want anything to fall off or break when I’m on a trip. I will take the car in in another 3000 to 4000 for regular maintenance and have it checked out but I feel they will say they can’t replicate the noise.

Hoping someone maybe had this issue or any idea what it could be.
