Does the Extended Merino cover the upper door panel or is that only the Full Merino? Trying to figure out whether to get extended or full.

Extended only covers the seats and the center console. Full Merino covers upper dash, lower dash, upper door panels and lower door panels

Thanks! Any idea what material is on the upper door dash and upper and lower door panels in extended merino? Is it like hard plastics or is it covered in sensafin? I've asked one of the dealers and they didn't seem to have a clue...

I believe extended Merino comes with the leather dash and upper doors. But would need to confirm.

If you order extended Merino and want the leather dash and upper doors, you need to order the leather dash option. Order code 4M5.

Full merino does. Extended does not. You need to pay extra.

So the leather dashboard option would give you the leather on the upper doors as well? From what I was hearing from one of the salesman was that full merino gave the upper and lower door panel trim in leather and that extended only covered the seating and center console but it didn't even sound like he was sure either.

Can anyone who has the extended merino confirm what is included?

My 23 40i has extended Merino and the leather dash option. The dash, upper doors (all 4) and the upper center console is in leather.
