Anyone have Oct MF values? Is it still same as Sept? Would there be a difference on 2019 models?

Hello, longtime lurker, first time posting.
I was quoted $78401 for a 2020 X7 with a MSRP of $84795. IS this a good deal? This is via email and without any type of negotiations. I am thinking I should get at least 10% if not more off MSRP. I know people on this site are getting 10% off on a custom ordered X7. thx KRIS |

I was in Seattle visting a friend several years back. I was negotiating a deal on an X5 for them. Getting them to deal was like pulling teeth. I got the deal done, but I definitely saw a difference in the market as compared the East coast.

But, yes, that sounds like a good deal. You're getting nearly 8% off MSRP on a 40i. |

Thanks everyone! I did find a few people on here that did get 10% off an ordered 40i. This specific one has been on the lot for nearly 2 months. Now if its December, then I will shoot for more off :-)

I have ordered my last two cars from out of state dealers and picked them up at the performance center. If that's an option for you, you should definitely consider as you can get much better pricing than what your local dealers may be willing to offer. It's usually not an issue in NY and NJ where we have a ton of competition but if your local market is slow, I would consider this option.

Called about 6 dealers in NY/NJ area. Most did not have any allocations avail. 2 were ready to deal with a straight 8% off MSRP ask for a custom order.
Was able to get 8% off MSRP for 2020 M50i custom order, all options short of Night Vision, with one dealer who had a Nov allocation. Price does not yet include CCA and USAA rebates. 40is are moving pretty fast with lots of inventory with even 1 or 2 M50is on th e lot as well so deals are to be had.

If I add in my discounts atop what we negotiated.. 9.5% wouldnt be far off. Shoot for 10% and see where you land. Don't be afraid to call around and out-of-state if you have to.

discounts
What are the discounts you are getting besides the % off msrp? I just ordered a M50 for purchase and the sales person said there were no discounts available.

I would look into the cost of financing it at closing and then repaying it a day later with cash to take advantage of the credit. May not be worth it if they charge a lot of financing fees, etc.

I am shopping for 2020 M50 and have been offered 9% off. Does anyone know what the invoice is as a % of MSRP? It used to be 7% but I am not sure. Just trying to figure out if these cars are actually selling below invoice before incentives.
