I think it is great that the design is controversial. I have an E60 Bangle 5 series and that design has aged tremendously well. I think the overall design of the X7 is timeless yet takes the design language appropriately into the future.

Agreed I had an e60 550i sport package. The most handsome car I ever owned. This includes the M4 I have now.

I was at BMW Canada today and they had an X7 40i M Sport in Carbon Black. For some reason they had the car covered up.It is the same color as the car they showed at the preview event in Toronto about a month ago,so it is probably the same X7.I didnít take any pics of the interior because the windows were very darkly tinted. Here are some pics of the 22 inch 755M wheels which look great.

Good stuff. Something that jumped out to me in that video, I've been curious about these extra-thick headrests I've been seeing on the 2nd row. About 5:15 in this video, you can see a strap hanging down from the headrest, makes it look like the front part is a plush pad strapped to the front, like it would give extra comfort to a passenger leaning their head back against the headrest.

The 7 series has the same kind that come with the luxury rear seating pkg, they are detachable. Very comfortable too. Im guessing these will too if you get the rear captains chairs for the X7.
