E90 M3 Sedan in 2007???
Yesterday I was by my local BMW-Dealer to get some Info-Material about the new M3 Coupé...and he told me that he has informations that also the 4-door M3 Sedan delivery starts in 2007...not long after the Coupé
I hope that this was true...good news for me, because I would order one as soon as possible... Uli |

Is anyone else annoyed by the slow rollouts of the BWM M models?
I'm not an Audi fan at all, but I do like how their S5 is going to be released near simultaneously with their A5, with the RS5 coming shortly thereafter. By the time the M3 sedan hits the market, the current 3 series design will have been in the public domain for at least 3 years. |

The M3 Coupe comes out a year after the launch of the base E92. The M3 Convertible is aswell only a year behind the E93 introduction. BMW allegedly had plans to start this M3 series with the E90 sedan, but then decided to "wait" for the true M3, the E92. Going that way BMW has to wait till the facelift of the E90 with the M3 sedan introduction... Best regards, south |

With the E90 M3 you can get the full 3 1/2 years, with the E92/93 aswell if you wait till the facelift. So everything's right IMO, everybody can decide for him-/herself what's the best moment to get a new M. Best regards, south |

Right. A 2001 M3 looks bascially like a 2006 M3. Definitely not enough changes to call the 01 "outdated" next to the 06. Most would not even be able to tell the difference at 30 paces. So...

Fall 08 for the 3 series face-lift right? Not the new M3 face-lift?

E92/93 facelift is said to be anytime in 2010 (probably spring), also M3 E92. But traditionally M3 E92 doesn't get a big facelift (On E46 M3 only rear lights have changed and a little detail on the boot lid). Best regards, south |
