Those sizes were ordered by the dealer for me. So I am assuming they figured them in accordingly. I was going to go 245 on the front and 275 on the rear - but Im glad I didnt because I think these are perfect.

BTW - Yujini - I worship your car - you have exactly the look I want, which I have done a lot of my mods after. I printed off your car pics on my pillowcase so it is close to me every night.....lol -

In general, I find the stock sport suspension to be low enough but with the low profile of your tires it seems that a very slight drop may make a nice looking car even better.

In regards to the comments about your wheels looking disproportionately large, I think a lot of that has to do with the spokes of your wheels extending all the way to the edge of the wheel. I see a lot of people going for the whole deep dish look, which typically makes the wheels look about an inch smaller than its actual size. I have seen a few examples of E90's with 20 inch wheels (with very large lips), but very few complain about the size.

Keep up the good work.
I have the ZSP - sport suspension

Very well put - my opinion as well I like the open-ness to show off the rotor - if its done right. I know its not necessarily a classic BMW look but I think ACS tries to compliment the car when they design the wheels.

I like the stance those wheels give your car not to mention the fender gap is at a tolerable level too

Love the wheels seem to flow with the car, a drop would make for a more agressive stance with the wider rear tires.

Drooling on my keyboard now SpanX. Been trying to look for those in black but not getting anywhere. They really looking fly. By the way is there a difference in the suspension and ride height between a E90 with and without Sport Pkg. Really like the clean 'rareness' look of the rims. Where can i find the ones in Magic Black?

The sport Pkg makes does ride lower than normal - contact roveractive.net for any ACS wheels

I like much, much more your 161 17" rims or the 160. They are a lot more in proportion to the car.
if i get the ACS, i probably i go with 18" Type IV Mono. just perfect proportion?

Spanx,

I love the wheels, looks HOT. You gotta get the ACS kit to complete the look, and by coincidence we have a group buy in the market place forum...lol Come by and check it out.

Sorry for bringing this thread back up but I have a question.

The rear wheels seem to have a dished kinda look...is this normal with all ACS Type IV wheels ? Because I don't really like that dished look actually. The front wheels look so much better.

Profile difference in 18" v. 19" versions

It's true of the 9.5" x 19" wheels, but less so or not at all with the 18" wheels, the latter not available (at present) in a staggered configuration (by width, not offset). Look at some pictures of the 18" version and you'll see much less difference -- if any -- between the front and rear wheel profile.

For the record, I get the most positive comments on the rear wheel profile. I think they're most striking from the side, where the difference in profile isn't apparent. You might change your mind if you could see a mounted set in person and walk around them. I always thought they look a little wonky in pictures (mine are here), but I've never had that reaction looking at the real thing.
