First wash
I'll be washing my car for the first time since I got it from the dealer( thank god they didn't leave any swirls) Since the paint is still new, should I still clay, Polish, detail, and wax Or just a simple wash and wax will be fine?
What are some products do you guys recommend? Also the m-sport brakes (blue calipers) leaves A LOT of brake dust. Any recommendations on some wax/formula that would reduce that even by a little. |

Before I took delivery of my car I asked the dealer not to wash her and I drove home in a very dusty car. I just washed and waxed her. I didn't see an immediate need for clay and polish.
I use Optimum No Rinse(ONR) car wash and Optimum Spray Wax and many micro fiber towels, 1-2 towels per panel just for the wash. As for break dust I clean the wheels once a week using quick detail spray made from ONR and micro fiber. Best thing about this is that I can do this in my garage without leaving a puddle of brake dust water.

Recommend Black Fire Wet Diamond for the paint. It is super slick and super easy to apply and remove. You can skip claying if you don't feel any grit on your paint. As for the brake dust, that is pretty unavoidable because the stock pads are extremely dusty. I suggest coating your wheels to make life easier when cleaning your wheels. In a couple years when it is time to change your pads, you can think about getting something else instead of factory pads to lower your dust. I went with Stoptech pads and they dust WAYYYY less than the stock pads.
