The person who buys one of these probably already owns or has owned a Lambo or Ferrari, I doubt they really care how much a car costs.

beautiful car and beautiful sound. I would defintely take this over both lambo mur or gallardo for drivability, sound, exclusivity, and quality. even at the 400k price tag, i don't mind if I'm wealthy.

The car is one of 3 showcasing cars owned by Lexus, so it wasn't exactly a private owner. The guy driving was the regional manager, sent in for the fundraiser/showcase party event @ my local dealer.

Ah, I thought at some point you asked him what his personal daily driver is. Originally I thought he's a pro driver so I am curious his weapon of choice for the daily grind.

This is definitely a second or third exotic, after you owned the Ferraris and Lambos.

While I love everything about the LF-A, I still wouldn't even look at Lexus for a possible next car. The LF-A isn't like anything else they make. Other than the LF-A, they make boring cars. Good marketing for the general public though, but I don't see them swaying any enthusiasts.

I agree. Instead of making a limited production unattainable halo vehicle that LOST MONEY, they should have put that investment money into a m3,911,gt-r fighter for around $50-85k. We're all thinking it---supra.

At 50-80k, the (let's call it supra ok?) supra would make toyota relevant in car enthusiasts' minds. The GT-R is great (albeit bloated and not particularly pretty), but I long for the return of a supra. . .

...and not design it so it appeals only to teenagers who can't afford it (IS-F.)

Yesssss... I was hoping they would use a turbo version of Toyota's 3.5L V6 or supercharge the IS-F motor for it. A man can dream. It'd be hard for Toyota to make a better performing car than the IS-F without charging the same or a higher price though

Yes. And that's why Lexus fails. And so does Bugatti. Anyone could make an amazing car at those price tags. Give us a proper sporty car. Something to fight the M3 (the IS-F sucks. I looked at it once and decided I would never do that again). And then provide some better, fun lower tier cars

+ 1. They should concentrate on a new Supra. I still see the old ones at every auto cross I've been to. It's a great car

It's actually mid-engined. The engine sits behind the front axle, but is in the middle of the car. And the transmission is in the back of the car (sits over the rear axle). That's how they get even weight distribution front and rear. The driver and passenger are actually set very far back in the car. Wish I had pix to show you, but the pix that my friend took were pretty fail lol. He as too excited and took random parts of the car, without showing the car as a whole

LOL sup Davey D! So because all these "post" suffixes are branches of Bimmerpost, even though I originally posted through my forum's terminal, I think it must've simultaneously posts on yours? *shrug* not sure exactly how it works. But I know for a fact I originally posted on Zpost =P

The IS-F hardly sucks. I'm not a fan of the overdone styling but the performance is there....

+1000

I hated the 4 exhausts in pics and I still do when I see pics. However, I have to say in real life it strangely doesnt look as bad as it does in pics. Also, I wasnt a fan of the bodykit but overall I do like the IS-F and think it looks good. I like it just as much as the E90 M3 to tell you the truth. The M3 coupe, however, blows it away in terms of design

??? I said the IS 350.. Its not a bad car... And give me a break just because you cant afford it, its a FAIL... There will be a lot of things even the richest cant afford or buy...

Its a Great car and they can charge whatever they want... If they sold out already it just makes all of the people that say it sucks or wont sell look like idiots... LEXUS said that they are not going to make any money off this car because of how much time and money they put into it...
