Did I read somewhere that your vehicle will move to 150 before your actual production week begins? On I'll be 2 weeks out from my production week and I thought I saw something mention that is usually when it'll move out of a 112 status.

I have a week 12 build date and it flipped to 150 yesterday. Checking the prod date (3/20) it looks like it flipped almost exactly 2 weeks out.

Did you get your prod date from BMW genius? I'm in 112 but don't see a prod date with F12 yet. Genius did tell me that mine is week 13. Actually maybe it did tell me a prod date of the 27th. Can't quite remember.

I got the prod date using the F12 trick after if flipped to 150 status - you wont get an actual prod date until it changes to 150 - for now you will just have the week. Sometime next week your car should flip to 150 I would think and then you will get a VIN and actual production date (the date your car finishes prod)

Considering it’s going to be a 1 year old car in a few weeks, not that great. I would shoot for at least 8-9% off. You can probably find a broker who can get you that much off on a special order and even chance to get it in before the 2.99% APR promo expires.

No chance to special order in Bay Area and receive before end of month. 4500 + incentives is what I got for my special order at end of January. Seems to be the going rate for California right now.

Not everyone is in Bay Area, but I was certainly getting a much stronger discount after some very minor negotiation with BMW of Fremont a month ago. Plenty of folks here have been getting sizable discounts in the last few days, albeit outside of CA. You could try BMW of SF, but then you have to fight off the billion ADMs that they always tackle on. As a last resort, you could always ship it from out of state for a lot less than the 4% difference.

Went into f12 150 today with a prod date. How long did you guys have to wait before the myBMW app would allow you to enter the VIN? I'm just getting an error when I try.

My dealer tells me the 2.99%/3.99% is not a "lockable" rate - i.e. you can't use it until the day of delivery for special orders. Mine shows a production date of 3/19. What are the odds it makes it to CA by 3/31? (guessing not good :-().

We are also trying to get the 2.99. But it’s possible that they renew the 2.99 on the x7 for April since they’re really trying to move them before the 2025’s hit the lots. |
