Yeah no thanks...
Not any real good features in my mind, several can already be done through iDrive

Me too, and many many of us. I’m just trying to get used to the constant stalling. It sucks but there is no good way to turn it off.

You can configure sport individual and set everything to comfort, but turn dsc off. That’s the best work around currently but still sucks.

I’ve contacted BMW 10x about this. They are being forced to shove this POS feature on us by unelected bureaucrats at the EPA.

My advice to you is to get used to it. Stop fighting it and enjoy the car. That’s what I’m trying to do. I still hate it.

You can email BMW and tell them how much you totally despise this functionality, how it reminds you of when you were 18 years old driving a pinto nervous it’s going to stall in the middle of the road. How the AC gets weak when you see “Ready” on the dashboard, and you begin sweat profusely as a result. How it causes the car to jerk so much it’s almost caused you to run over a pedestrian pushing a baby carriage.

I’ve tried, we’ve tried. You can try too.

Not necessarily. If the vehicle has software version 03/2023.xx or above ASS can NOT be coded off even if it's a pre-LCI iDrive 7 vehicle.

Thank you guys. My intention was to code off the ASS feature. I really want that thing off. It bothers me so much!
