Vehicle keeps throwing check engine light.
2009 335i 106k miles. Well maintained, well rounded car have not had anything major happen with this car yet other than a water pump about 15-20k miles ago and blew the expansion tank coolant hose a couple thousand miles ago. Codes: P0108 P29F3 - fuel pressure sensor electric P2EF4 - map-controlled thermostat mechanical Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks

P0108 Absolute pressure sensor, intake pipe, electrical:
Short circuit to B+ -Check wiring harness between intake-manifold pressure sensor and DME - Replace intake-manifold pressure sensor - Replace DME 29F3 Fuel low-pressure sensor -Perform electrical check on sensor wire and power-supply wires -Visual inspection of plug-in contacts (on component and DME ends) -Replace sensor 2EF4 Map thermostat -Check heating of engine -Check thermostat and replace as indicated Are all these active errors?? If so I would check connections at DME since they all have that in common... A6000 https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/e...cou/1VnZAHHjcD Last edited by TunafishE93; 02-15-2020 at 09:20 AM.. |
