2024 m60i door adjustment

Hi,

I received my car in December. I noticed it was extremely loud at highway speeds. Over the weekend, I adjusted the door latches in one notch as highlighted on the frame all around. The soft close actuator seems to pull the door a lot tighter and I feel the wind noise and overall outdoor noise has been reduced drastically. Anyone else notice or try this ?

Interesting. My 2019 has what I would call excessive road noise leaking in through the driver's door. The alignment doesn't look very off, but I'm tempted to try this now.

I have been noticing an increase in road noise on the driver side. I mentioned this during the annual service last week, but as I expected, the tech could not replicate it.

How did you adjust it?

The adjustments quite easy there’s the door latch on the body. if you notice it’s actually marked with fine lines on the top and on the outer portion to ensure alignment from the factory. I took a torque bit Slightly loosened the top and bottom screws while maintaining the top level adjustment and pushed it in to the one notch as marked in.
