digital key via iPhone

Anybody have any lucky getting a digital key via iPhone on their 2020 x7? Or did they only add that starting 2021 models?

If that’s the case, I would think it’s just a software thing, since all the hardware is already there so is there a way to get it on the 2020 model?

I think the iPhone key capability was added for 2021
