My X7 went into production 2/7/22 and was delivered to the dealership this past Sunday 3/6/22.

But the car was completed 2/17/22 and waiting to be transported for some time. BMW said there were a few other cars taking longer in production that were on my same transport truck

You have the same status as mine. Mine shows a Production date of 3/4/22 but its also in the 182 Status and Awaiting Carrier assignment.

Ours is at "Waiting Carrier Assignment" now. Our dealer says 3-4 is the typical time now due to shortage of drivers.

I’m in the same build group as OP. Mine just went into “Dispatched from factory”. Headed to Pacific Northwest.

Our X7 showed up to the dealer on Tuesday and we are picking it up this weekend. So ordered on 2/5/22 and delivered on 3/15/22. Not too bad all things considered.

Mine's now "awaiting for carrier assignment." Genius said it would be loaded onto a train today and arrive at Kansas on 3/27. Then it would continue its second leg to southern CA. I'm hoping I could take delivery by mid-April.

Mine is also in awaiting carrier assignment but when calling genius they said it should be delivered to the dealer today. Seems like there's a bit of delay updating the status online. Hoping they give me a call early next week for pick up!

Ours is stuck at "In Transit" for the last week, I guess it's on a truck from LA to Bay area. Hoping it would make it some time in the next week.

Mine went to "dispatched" today. My dealer told me it'll reach Kansas on the 24th.

Ours actually went through Kansas too and was supposed to arrive at the Richmond hub by 3/24. No news yet. It may take another couple of weeks from what I hear.

I placed my order on March 1st. Entered production (150) on March 10th and completed on March 23rd. Currently sitting at 182 and says a 'carrier has been assigned' vs 'waiting for carrier'. Delivery is here in VA so doesn't have to go far go feeling only a little better about getting here for the Bday mid April!

I have been. All the website and my dealer can tell me is when it shipped and when it was supposed to get to the KC railyard. They can't tell me where it is now or when it'll arrive. x7shopper is in the same boat I am in - waiting in Northern CA. From other threads it sounds like it's taking 2-6 weeks to get from KC to delivery in Northern CA.

Try locate the railyard and give them a call. They can tell you status by the VIN.

Passing on info re: timing of delivery to Northern California:

Build week 12
3/24: build complete
3/26: car left SC via rail
4/1: arrived Kansas City rail yard
4/13: arrived Richmond, CA rail yard
4/21: delivered to dealer
4/22: pick up!

My X7 just got to the dealership yesterday and I am picking it up tomorrow. Not too bad... ordered on March 12th and will be picking up April 27th... ~7 weeks
