Is there a sexual harassment policy in place? Do you actually abide by it?

Truth. I've never visited Canadia in my adult life.

Just start interviewing them. Ask about what they like most working there, what they dislike, what is the best/most enjoyable project they've worked on, most proud moment, etc. Put them on the defensive; you already know you're good enough, make them prove they're good enough for you.

If you are curious about the job itself - Is this a new position or am I replacing someone, what were their strengths/weaknesses, what defines success in this role, are you working individually or are there others who can mentor you while you come up to speed?

I've been stuck with a ruined puppy for four days in a row, so my kids have made lunch for us all!
