I purchased Iconic Sounds like an idiot and I am regretting it as there is no way to make adjustments that I can tell. But my question is has anyone else bought this and can tell me what I should be hearing? I ask, because as far as I can tell it does absolutely nothing and I can not hear any difference with it on vs off. I just took it to the dealer and they said everything was working normal.

I did, you can barley tell in the videos, and none of them were the the X7. Not sure if it’s different depending on the vehicles. In the videos I saw there were options included with the iconic sounds, the X7 there are no such options.

I have it on my 22 with iDrive 7 and it is adjustable in general settings under “Engine Sound”, I think for the price tag there should be more than just a hum in the most sporty setting although it does add to the feel you get when mashing the throttle, even tho you know it’s not authentic.
