I believe 3/24 just means March 2024. Looks like 2025 manufacturing has begun in the last few days, so yours could have been built in the first three weeks of March.

My new 2025 is sitting in Quality Check. Hopefully I will see it the end of next week. They seem to be arriving in dealerships this week. Has anyone else received theirs?

Wow, that is fast! Mine has been sitting in QC since yesterday. I peeked into some threads from last year where cars were sitting in QC for weeks for some issue or the other. Looking forward to NOT joining the ranks of those users.

Dumb question since this is my first BMW: My car has been in "Dispatched from factory" status since yesterday. Should I expect any progress over the weekend or do they only work Mon-Fri? I'm in the DC area so it will be transported by truck.

If you see dispatched from factory and dealer is in DC area, it should get to the dealer on Monday. The status will change to in transit soon before showing at dealership. The last few statuses on the tracker are not always updated quickly so your car might well be on its way to the dealer. Sometimes these trucks stop by multiple dealers to drop off other cars so I think this will get to your dealer by Monday

Well, what do you know, just minutes after my post the status changed to “At the dealership”! Unfortunately my schedule will not allow me to pick it up for a couple of days. My client advisor sent me a few photos to hold me over until then.

Hello! I'm a new member here. I placed an order for an X7 M60 that went into production on March 26th. My dealer said it should be at their lot in early May. The car is in Black Sapphire Metallic with Black full Merino leather, Driving Assistance Plus, the Executive package, and the Climate Comfort package. I'm exited for new ride, switching from gl 63 amg.

Woohoo, I just got an update today that my ‘25 X7 M60i has entered the “Production begins” phase ……
Any idea what the typical time from this first notice to delivery at the Dealer is? I believe that I am Week 17 production and my Dealer is in the Chicagoland area, so any delivery estimates would be a great help Last edited by Judge Smails; 04-11-2024 at 01:41 PM.. |

Any noticeable changes for 2025? Wife is considering going back to an x7 she doesn't like her escalade much other than the size. She had M50i model before and she loved how it drives.

From Car and Driver: What's New for 2025? The available Driving Assistance Professional Package, which allows hands-free driving at speeds up to 85 mph when conditions permit, is upgraded with new eye-activated lane change functionality. Now, when the system suggests a lane change, the driver can authorize the action by simply looking in the corresponding rear-view mirror. Previously, the lane-change was confirmed by activating the turn signal. |
