Retrofitting powerfold mirrors

Hey guys,

My 2016 F22 came with power/memory seats and reverse tilting BUT not power fold mirrors. I bought some off of ebay to plug and play (both mirrors are 5 pin). However now my buttons that move the mirrors to adjust dont work either.

I have not coded anything yet. Is this a mirror problem or do I just need to code it? ps. the turn signals on the mirrors work so I know the wires are okay.
