That Didn't take long... XB7 Window Switch Panel Issue

5 days into ownership and my XB7 has made it's first trip into the local BMW dealership's service bay.

Had car window rolled down as I had it parked in my garage, went to start the car this am and the entire driver's side door window switch panel is not working. I've read through the forums and have seen where some have reported issues after doing software updates, but this car was just built and to my knowledge hasn't had an updates. Also this seems to be that the entire panel / switchgear isn't getting power, which may or may not be software related.

Service department is 2 hours in and hasn't been able to diagnosis the issue yet.

Really hoping this doesn't become an issue where the car is down for an extended time. Know that stuff happens, but after waiting months for the car I just want to put some miles on it.

Anyone else have a similar issue?
