It's funny that DHP is relegated by so many to "canyon carving" use when the overall effect shrinks the vehicle around you by quite a lot, making everything from normal driving to parallel parking much easier

Parking benefit is a major call out for DHP whether its driving spirited or not... My garage is perpendicular to street and I'm able to see clear difference with and without DHP ...

I've gotten into and out of parallel situations that were absolutely mad for how big the short bus is

I have owned X7 30d for 2 years without DHP and recently upgrade to M50i with DHP. I could instantly feel the improvements and IMO DHP is a must for such a large car.

- The car makes tighter turns and feels smaller in parking situations
- It feels more planted, more balanced and less understeer when goings around bends
- The car stays flat when cornering

Another user posted a revised MY2022 order guide, and DHP is back but only for the m50. Wonder if that is a permanent adjustment - reserving the performance stuff for the M-model. Mercedes also has EABC only on the GLS550, not GLS450.

Depends on the person driving. if its a suburban soccer mom, its probably a low priority option. if its someone living in an urban setting i'd say its more valuable.
