Holy shit. I'd need to see one in person before making that jump. That monthly is a (fairly) modestly specced 992. Keep us posted on these deals. NLAB is always the best!

Do you guys see these moving or will this be another M8 debacle with a ton of trunk money? Really debating my next move when my F95 lease expires. The interest rate environment isn't terrible from BMWFS (compared to say Porsche Financial leases that is), but if they are discounting a brand new vehicle right out of the gate, one has to wonder if they are going to be lot rot soon.

Sort of funny I was at the dealer over a week ago and another xm owner was on his way out - I stopped by and said hi as an xm owner myself… was cool to meet another local with an xm!

Turns out that xm was actually supposed to be the actual dealer demo which quickly sold …

Hard to say but I’m super happy with this beast and I can report it drives unlike any performance suv I have ever owned in a very good way.

I owned in the past:
Jeep SRT
X6 M (2 different years 2011, 2013)

Past car:
M6 GC (just recently sold)

I really enjoy driving the xm. Also love all the tech it packs.

Have you driven the F95/96? The previous generation of X5M/X6M's seem a tad tame (as any older model would compared to newer model) compared to the current platform. Not to rain on the parade, but I wouldn't put the Jeep SRT in the same class, nor would I the M6 GC. Not ragging either vehicle necessarily though. Both are good cars. Like I said, for this truck @ $2K+ per month, I'd need some butt in seat time. Did you test drive before you purchased? Again, trying to get some data points to compare.

As current snapshot from today, of those XMs already produced:
580 of 916 have been marked sold and not yet delivered

Is a sale price of 153,000 (MSRP 165,855) and Money Factor of .00185 (10k miles) a good lease deal?

4.4% (.00185 * 2400) is good in this market. You really also have a dealership willing to take almost $13k off MSRP?!?

This is true. Looks like I’ll be the owner of a white one tomorrow.
