Possibly there is an update in the middle of Nov since the RV for M50 matches the 40i now from multiple posts. The M50 got RV up and $1250 loyalty+$1000 lease credit now? Can someone confirm?

Yeah, I can't find it for the 40i or 50i now, either.

Does your 10% discount include rebates?

When you guys talk about 10% off MSRP, that's an out-the-door price, right?
It's before taxes and fees. It'll be easier to negotiate on a X7 that's on the lot vs a custom build.

Have you tried looking at the dealer inventories online? There aren't that many to look through.

I went to two sites and found one M50i sitting on a lot.

About 10-15 stock M50 in my area but none of them the color and configuration I want. Probably I have to go a build order. Thanks!

I couldn't find anything I was looking for! Ordered an M50i, hopefully to see it before Christmas.

We just picked up our M50i, ordered it sept 28. Almost fully loaded, MSRP of $116695. We expected a $1250 finance rebate, you had to finance a portion of the car to get this rebate. The big surprise was BMW just came out with a $3000 rebate for M50i's, so a total of $4250 in rebates. Drove it home last night and I had to spend part of the day trying to figure out the cruise control. It would not let me set the speed, I went into settings and turned off something that worked with the posted speeds and now it works. Lot to figure out.

You can also check with your local dealer to see what's being delivered across the state. If there's one that matches close to what you're looking for, they can intercept it and have it rerouted to the dealership.

It's confirmed in writing from 2 dealers that there's a $1250 loyalty on M50i and $1000 lease credit. My lease quote on placed order is based on these rebates. The residual is 57% for 36/12 and 58% for 36/10. MF is same.

Cool, man, thanks. It'd be great for the rest of us, if we could find that loyalty offer officially posted somewhere.

That's interesting. In a good way. Last time I checked a month ago, the residual on an M50i for 36/12 was only 55%. Good news.

I figured I would share the pricing I got on my lease last week:
2019 X7 xDrive 50i (with M sport trim).
MSRP $101k
36mo/10k miles per year
Loyalty $1250
Lease Credit $3000
Discount: ? like $10k I think.
Cap Cost Reduction: $1k (I did this because of the CCA rebate).
Due at signing: $6492 ($1k cap cost, $3514 tax, $925 bank fee, $957 first payment, $96 other fees)
Monthly: $957

It might not be a base MF and/or 10% discount, but it's certainly not bad.

If the first dealer I went to gave me numbers like that, I might have taken the deal instead of searching elsewhere.
Thanks, that’s reassuring! Total discounts came to just under $9k..

Mine was 91795 and I paid 84595 (after 1000 rebate). It is also a custom build X7 4.0. I expect it within a couple of weeks!
Hope this helps.

Everyone is posting these great discount based on a lease/finance deal, but which can be tweaked by adjusting the money factor.

What are people getting in terms of discount on a straight up cash deal?

Mine is 2020 M50i.
MSRP: 106495
Price after discount: 95000.

The dealer actually covered the transfer fee for the car from another dealer. So actual discount is more than the number. I really appreciated the sales did for us.
