Am I the only one here who paid over MSRP for the car on the lot?
Reading this posts I feel like I could have pushed more and get it at least at MSRP. At least they honored my request for the trade-in car, so that offsets it a little. It was a fully optioned X7 M50i off the lot with the color combo I really liked and with no option deletes (other than touchpad on the iDrive controller). |

Thanks! What's funny, I was actually considering 40i, but couldn't find one with all the options I wanted. Then I test drove this one, the rest is history. Bought it the same day.

Looks amazing! I can't wait for mine too. What color is it, hard to tell from the angle?

On 2023 X7 orders, is anyone getting below MSRP?
As the 2023 X7 orders are starting to be placed, is anyone getting below MSRP pricing? Do you know what BMW is offering for incentives on the 2023 X7 model (loyalty credit, financing/lease specials, etc.)? Thanks.

at the moment only a $750 credit with bmwfs financing or lease. depends on your area, NYC seems to MSRP or MSRP + markup still

Order is in. 23 X7 40i. Dealer says I am the first one they have on the books. Maybe August delivery they said, September at the latest.
Pretty much checked all the boxes except DHP (it is going to be a grocery getter/kid hauler). Only thing we will likely change is trim. The order guide has a typo. It lists the trim we picked as (NC), but its just over $1k when placed in the build. MSRP with whatever incentives at time of delivery. My CA says BMWFS is holding rates now for 120 days from when you apply/get approved. I have a feeling they are going to start going up. So plan is to lock towards the end of the month (before the new rates in July), which should hold me through delivery. If somehow the rates get better, I will re-lock. Otherwise I am set with the current.

IKR...... I was a little sticker shocked when I totaled it up. A comparably optioned M60 would be another $15K or so. Have the draw the line somewhere. If the family wants the speed, they can ride in the M5C, .
Looking to keep this one for a bit, so don't want to regret saving a few thousand dollars down the road for an option or two. My biggest regret on my M5C is not optioning the B&W sounds system. Going into the dealer this weekend for the wife to finalize the colors/trim and review the options. So we will likely save a few grand on the trim we have picked and maybe the leather dash.

Part of me added it to the build just to see what the dealer came with as the final price. I was upfront with the CA from the start that I would likely tweak the build over the next month or so. Will likely swap the trim to 4LM Fineline Black Wood Trim. In our current X5 we have the 4KT Anthracite-Brown Poplar Matte Finish Wood Trim, so looking for a change that will still go well with the black leather.
