Interesting Experience W/ BMW Assist This Weekend...
My dealer advised me to call them up sooner than later and take advantage of 2-3 "free" uses of the BMW Assist concierge premium service. My son and I were out of town, heading back to the hotel, and decided we wanted to get a pizza delivered to our room for the big UofM/OSU football game on Sat. So I decided to give BMW Asist a jingle.
I figure the gal on the other end of the phone must have been pretty new/green. Not only did it take here about 2o minutes to get our pizza ordered, she finally ended the call with "Thank you for calling Mercedes Benz Concierge service!" Needless to say, I'm not inclined at this time to spend the $120.00 extra for this premium service... |

That's funny! I'll bet BMW and MB both outsource to the same company. You will receive an email within a few days to provide feedback about your call. You should share those same comments with them.

I pressed the button for the first time (4 months after getting the car) to learn more, as the post card they sent me suggested I do.....only to be told that there were too many emergency calls at that time, and I'd have to call back later. Naturally, emergencies come first, but I wasn't amused. I guess I'll try some other time.

Haha, I just posted in another thread that when my CA and I called BMW Assist sitting in the dealer lot at delivery, the operator said, "Congratulations on your new Mercedes!"

Wow, I would have said something if it was me.
Good luck when they contact you about the incident. I'm wondering how the she felt after hanging up on the other line
