Dual zone climate control

When I have the air-con on (set to 16 degrees on both knobs), it comes out cold through the 2 vents on the passenger side, but hot on the driver's side, so I'm guessing the temperature setting isn't working properly, any ideas?

Car is a 1997 E92 335i.

Yes, that's on cold.

Hopefully it just needs re-gassing.
