Regarding the steering wheel, did you experience any difficulties getting the paddles to work?
And can you use the paddles in D-mode without shifting the stick to M/S.
Actually I have the same stick lying here on the table. Just need to fit it in my 330dA :-)
And I'm about to get a steering wheel fitted with shiftpaddles. Just the other kind with both upshift and downshift in both paddles.
There is no difficulties to get paddles to work. You just need to get the +/- signals from the stick. Just remember to bypass the resistors in the paddles. There is good DIY somewhere here.

In my car and yours ´06 can not use paddles in D-mode.

Are you sure of that?
I think I have seen some coding options making it possible to shift in D-mode.
Have you followed a DIY guide or did they work out of the box without creating a new wiring loom for the shifters?

If there is a coding option I am not aware of it.

Yes, I followed the DIY. You do need a wiring loom (well, two wires) from the shifter to the coupling in the steering wheel. Just follow the DIY.

I see, just changing it up.

What size wheels did you go for, 8" or 8.5" wide?

You gonna run spacers since those has a lower offset than the 270M?

Yeah. I have 15mm in the rear. Quite moderate. But nothing at the front, I want to keep the sides out of damages.
