I won't know until I see her in person, these are photos from the shipper. She arrives tomorrow- when I am out of town...

Just took delivery, and we have some problems.
Not only did the truck get delivered damaged, two wheels, and both roof rails crushed, but they drivers appeared to have slept or stayed in the cabin. There were smudges and dirt on almost all surfaces.

Oh no.......! WTF? I know things can happen but this seems excessive. What the plan? Just refuse and reorder or look at inventory across the country and see if there is a compatible vehicle they can dealer trade for you?

Wow. That sucks. Hopefully it's all just cosmetic and the dealer makes it right for you.

Did you buy this through a broker and technically took delivery at dealer in NJ? Confused why the car went from SC, to NJ to GA. Man this sucks, sorry to hear about this brother, hopefully, you get this remedied quickly.

This is a lose lose situation. Dealer Inventory is scarce, many dealers are not willing to DX cars at the moment. Build times have been extended. I hope the dealer values customer service and moves mountains to make it right. All the best.

So sorry to see this happening. I would refuse delivery and reorder. Hope the dealer step up here and make it right for you, whatever possible, discount, expedited production/shipping, etc... Best of luck!

What a mess and killer of any excitement of that new car feeling. The rims I am guessing they probably used chains to lock it down and used the rims as a good grab point (my guess). And then probably raised it to high on the truck or loading it and crushed the roof rails.
