Oil pan gasket seepage or leaking? Mileage and cost of repair

As I have reported on several other threads in this sub forum and others - I experienced oil pan gasket seepage at 35,000 miles on my 2018 ZCP (stock engine power - have done about 6 tack days after 2.5 years of ownership - pretty much always drive in Sport + throttle
on street and on track).

Luckily this was covered under warranty - but it would have been about a $2,500 repair by dealership outside of warranty.

I'd be curious to hear:

1) who else has this happened to?

2) year of your car and any engine mods or stock?

3) mileage this happened at (including whether multiple times and at what mileage each time)?

4) estimated or actual cost of repair by dealership or Indy shop?

5) reported or known causes or methods to prevent from reoccurring in the future?

6) to what extent will this be covered by after market warranties or special/MBI insurance?

My hope was and still is to keep this car for at least a few more years because I love it so much - but if this is a common or reoccurring thing - I may sell it sooner than I thought (but I also don't want to hit the panic button if this is in fact a relatively rare thing with the F8x).

When I had my differential leak fixed back in March, they told me the Engine oil pan was leaking. I haven’t seen any drips on the floor of the garage and haven’t had to top off oil, so I told them to hold off on it for now. They wanted $1200 to repair, mostly because of labor, and said that the subframe has to be dropped hence the high cost.

62,000 stock and zero leaks however, every BMW I've owned has had its OPG start to weep around 75,000.

I took my car in to an Indy for a pretrack tech inspection and pointed it out to me. I then took my car into dealership (because still under warranty) where they confirmed it and fixed it under warranty.
