I can't believe there isn't a midnight blue offered - as they have for the past 10+ years on almost all of their models!

Carbon Black Metallic is an exceptionally dark blue and may be close to what you're looking for.

I'm really curious about this as well and whether this is going to be renamed before it goes into production. Ametrin is German for ametrine which is a stone that's basically amethyst and citrine mixed together. My guess would be a purple color with gold finish but we'll see.

I've seen Carbon Black and that is my backup color. It looks great when it is clean and the sun is out but a it looks 'dirty' to me when cloudy and after a week of no washing. My neighbors already think I am nuts because I wash my F10 550 every chance I get.

Oh well, maybe my wife will talk me into White.

I just transferred a lease for a X6M in Donington Grey. I was a little nervous because I saw the color only in pictures. Now I love it!

Any chance the next year X5 M50i will get this color option?
Or probably only on the next M...

I currently have a 2016 X5 in dark graphite metallic. The 2019 X5 that I ordered is in arctic grey metallic. I have seen no pictures of the X5 in that color and wonder if I should follow the masses and change to mineral white metallic...

Yes that picture is the Ametrin Metallic. They show the X7 in the same color

It's pretty, but I don't know if it really suits a big SUV.

HOWEVER... I would have loved to see the X5 in Mediterranean Blue!

The X7 in this review is Arctic Grey; very outstanding IMHO.

Just go to auto trader and search 2019 x5 and there's quite a few in arctic gray for sale

No problem. I've seen some pics of one in the sun somewhere around these forums and the gray really pops and lightens up under the sun. I went with carbon black but this is choice 1-A

Hey guys. Looking to order a new X5 and it looks like this model as well as the 8 series can no longer be built in silver (amongst other colors). The individual option isn't available according to my dealer also. Anyone know if this will become available at some point or why they don't offer silver anymore?
