I think RSU cars are a given on this as they consistently mention that you'll get this update in various places. The unknown is how soon the RSU will arrive or if you'll need a dealer installed update to speed it up.

For cars like mine, MY2020 G30, without RSU but having iDrive 7 it is even more interesting. Do we get skipped? Does this update offer RSU support in addition to AA? Or do we do a dealer update only for AA but no RSU.

Will be seen where this all lands, but I think you're getting it. Just a question of when.
