ESS Tune - Group Buy

Anyone on the group buy received their DME back? I just want to know how awesome it is? I am excited to get mine back.

I'm hoping I can run mine over this weekend.

Did you unhook your battery; or just pop the hood and leave the car closed for 20 minutes before taking out the DME?

I've got mine, but I did mine before the group buy. Love it!!

Be on the safe side and disconnect your battery first, and be patient when you try to re-install it back into the car.

It looks like everyones DME all showed up at the same time

looks like 9 showed up on top of the 335 guys DME's they have a GB going also so Todd is doing the best he can to get them turned around. I know he got a few done already but there might be a 1 day delay for some if so im sorry.

I was very careful to follow the instructions quite literally (disconnecting battery, waiting 15-20 minutes, and etc...). No need in rounding corners when the cost of a mistake is so high.

Just installed my new ESS DME...very nervous when I started it for the first time but it fired right up. It is warming up in my garage (enough outside for no carbon monoxide) for 10 minutes before I take her out for a quick drive. Wish me luck!
