Is it really wastegate rattle?

I couple days ago I noticed when I cold started my car it has a rattle noise coming from the passenger front but when the rpm when down it goes away but it also happen when I’m accelerating it would rattle sometime between 1800-3000rpm. So far I’ve checked the downpipe to midpipe connection 2 of the bolt was a bit loose so I tightened those up than I check my mpe tip and tighten them up also I got under my car with a rubber hummer to knock along the exhaust but not thing seems to rattle I tapped the exhaust flap and no rattle. Is there something else I should check or is this 100% waste rattle. Also all of this seems to happen overnight so I’m not sure what happened.

i got the same issues and finally i found some hairline cracks on my mpe
after repairing (welding) everything is fine
the only issue for now are hopefully some faulty exhaust flap actuators
try to fix that tomorrow with a new set
