e92 kits on e82?

I have heard that the e92 coilover kits will fit the e82. Can anyone verify this?

i was interested in this as well... i have been told and read that you can put any 335 suspension setup on a 135... is this true? i have been thinking about going with coils or springs in the near future and have been looking on e90post classifieds...

Bilstein has the same kit for the 135i and 335i, but KW and others have different spring rates between the two models...

so as far as size shape and such they are identical? the only difference would be different spring rates? if so that would be fine with me since i am planning on eventually switching the springs out to air bags... i just thought i could find some good deals on used e90post... thanks for the help!

That is my understanding as it has been told to me, but I would double check with the company of the coilovers that you are buying as that might not always be the case...
